쌈보보쌈 (SSAMBO BOSSAM) sells bossam as a full table rather than as a single dish. The core product is "쌈보한상" — bossam with house-made kimchi, stir-fried octopus, an assortment of house-made fritters, cheonggukjang or doenjang stew, seasoned vegetables and rice.
The line-up was originally built around the bossam itself; customer feedback led to the rework into a full-table spread. The main store is at Oncheonjang in Dongnae-gu, Busan, with a branch in Jwa-dong, Haeundae-gu, and the brand is listed as a Food Safety Assured Establishment on Busan Metropolitan City's official restaurant pages.
