The consultation request form is the only place on this site that takes personal information, and the items it collects are listed below. There is no separate collection of cookies, advertising identifiers or access logs.

Why we collect and use it

What we collect is used only to receive a consultation enquiry and to reply to it. It is not used for marketing or for any other purpose.

Retention and use period

This site does not store your enquiry on a server. The consultation request form only moves what you write into your own mail app, and you are the one who sends it. What IMPACTIX holds is therefore a received email, kept for one year from the day the enquiry is closed and destroyed without delay after that. Where another law requires a longer period, that period applies.

Provision to third parties and processing on our behalf

We do not provide the personal information we collect to third parties, and we have no processing agreement in place. Because enquiries arrive as email, an email service provider is involved in carrying and storing the message. There is no other route by which personal information is shared, for advertising or analytics or anything else.

Your rights and how to exercise them

You may at any time ask to access, correct, delete or suspend the processing of your personal information. Write to the privacy contact below and we will act on it without delay and tell you the outcome. If there are grounds on which we must refuse a request, we will tell you what they are. You may also make a request through a legal representative or someone you authorise.
